A Time to Dance
I wasn't expecting the spiritual journey I found in this book but I really ended up liking it. I also forgot that this is a novel in verse (I placed my hold in April, National Poetry Month, but the book didn't come into my library until the end of May). At times it felt like the story could have been told in prose, but other times I thought the verse worked. I might check out Venkatraman's other books sometime.
