Very similar to The Reunion. I'm not sure what the reasoning was in releasing these stories one after the other. Still it's interesting to see the same dilemma faced by different Animorphs.
Just questions regarding Ax under the cut.
Every so often Ax is described as looking at something with all four of his eyes, yet he's always making a big deal about not being able to see in all directions when he morphs... pretty much anything. So doesn't it seem strange that he'd ever focus all his eyes in one direction on one thing? I thought this was mentioned somewhere (how Andalites don't like to concentrate all their eyes in one place), but maybe I'm wrong.
Also before Ax has said that he cannot use thought-speak while in human morph, yet in this book he does. He's morphed enough human to speak with his mouth but also responds in thought-speak to Jake. I think it makes sense to be able to use thought-speak while in human morph. Yes, humans communicate through talking but it's still a morph.
