The Exposed

The Exposed (Animorphs, #27) - Katherine Applegate

This book is just action, action, action. The rating was going to be higher, but then the issue of security cameras came up. This has been a pet peeve of mine with these books: there's never any mention of security (especially cameras) human or otherwise. Yet in this book the Animorphs are very aware of security cameras in the mall. I know this one is ghostwritten, but the issue was ignored for 26+ books, it feels too late to turn back now.

There's a lot of morphing in very quick succession without much mention of it (in a previous book Cassie also morphs in seconds). The ghostwriters also seem lazier about describing morphs than Applegate is. I don't super mind as long as the rest of the story is good.
