An Un-Calibrated Centrifuge

Everything Everything

Everything, Everything - Nicola Yoon

I think this book suffers from overhype. I went into this book knowing the ending (which sounds like a huge cop out) and knowing I probably wouldn't make it all the way through. I was right, but I wasn't expecting the book to annoy me so much. It was the IM conversations that did me in. Two teenagers flirting over IM doesn't make a riveting read. Also I'm so over white boy love interests in YA novels.

I wanted to like it because the main character is biracial and not white, but that one fact is not enough to keep me reading.
