Wolf Children
This manga is a very faithful adaptation of the film, but I would recommend the movie over it. There's a lot of action in the film that doesn't translate well to the page. I felt it was harder to get a sense of Ame and Yuki's lives as wolf children since all the scenes where they're fighting, playing and exploring are reduced to a few frames over a couple of pages. That said, the character interactions do carry over well and took over the story for me.
If you liked the movie the manga might be worth checking out, but it's not a must read.
