Making this book my break book was my first mistake. Reading this book in February was my second.
This rating is definitely a case of I read this book at the wrong time. I will probably pick it up again another day when I know I will appreciate it more. As it is, my reading was so disjointed, I didn't really get anything from it. But thinking back on the story and the writing there's clearly something there.
The Boy in the Black Suit is a solid contemporary YA novel. The writing and the characters are both great. So if that's your thing, check this book out.
